• Designed and deployed the Standardized Schedule System (Python, Django, PostgreSQL, pandas, Airflow) — unifying 60+ carrier schedule formats into one validated schema with anomaly checks and a daily automated refresh.
• Cut a 20+ hour, 3-person schedule-processing workflow down to an unattended, zero-touch daily pipeline that completes in ~6 hours with no manual post-processing.
• Built 100+ AI workflows and agentic automations for 2 internal teams with LangGraph, LangChain, n8n and the OpenAI/Anthropic APIs — shared memory, tool use and validation guardrails throughout.
• Architected an Agentic Workflow Platform of router- and specialist-agent patterns (schema-constrained outputs, retries, guardrails) used across operations, CRM and schedule assistance.
• Shipped real-time vessel schedule prediction and RAG pipelines over 50+ pages of technical PDFs, reaching ~90% retrieval accuracy for domain search and Q&A.
• Built an in-house WhatsApp CRM assistant handling 30+ lead/message workflows — container booking, CRM lead creation, vessel schedules and container tracking.
• Led a 6-person delivery effort across the Vessel Operating System, Schedule Sync Service and CRM automation — owning scope, schedules, risk and handoffs — while controlling LLM token cost via modular routers/sub-agents.
